龍蝦 Lobster












龍蝦係我最鐘意既食物...煮法有好多種...但係本人只鐘情於 steam lobster ...蒸完之後點 butter 食 (最好有 garlic butter 啦) ... :3~實在係人間極品...

食時首先將龍蝦頭同尾分開...然後先吃頭入面 d 膏 (^^~記住要一淡膏一淡白酒...>o<~真係好鮮) ...跟住食條尾 (@o@~因為肉質比較實...凍咗會冇咁好食) ...將尾部既殼向內壓...肚既軟殼就會出現裂痕...只要慢慢從裂痕著手...就可以好完整咁取出成條龍蝦尾既肉啦 (^o^~呢個時候最興奮) ...之後就食鉗...跟住最後慢慢咁食個頭 (@o@~個頭度有好多肉架~ d 肉仲好滑~ )

本人係加拿大食過我生平食過最好味既龍蝦...一次係 Prince Edward Island ...一次係 Toronto ...

係 Prince Edward Island 食既係凍咗既 steam lobster ...仲冇 butter 點...不過依然超好味...那次去Prince Edward Island 旅行...住係 B&B (Bed and Breadfast) ... 冇地方煮食...所以係碼頭度既 Seafood Store 買已經 steam 好既新鮮龍蝦...然後問 B&B 既 host 借了個鐵鎚 (^^~so scary ha?!?!)...去了附近公園既木枱開餐...係一個大自然既環境下食龍蝦...真係特別好味 :D=


係 Toronto 果次呢... d 龍蝦係由 New Brunswick 既 Moncton 坐飛機去 Toronto...因為某 d 原因...有個 trip 去 Moncton...所以回程返 Toronto 既時候就係當地既 supermarket 買咗二隻 2.5lb 既龍蝦... supermarket 有專門比龍蝦搭飛機既盒...過了大約5-6小時...返到 Toronto ...龍蝦依然好生猛... steam 咗來食... 唔比 Prince Edward Island 既差 (@o@~因為 New Brunswick 比較近大西洋...所以龍蝦比 Toronto 既新鮮好多...好味好多)

係香港...波士頓龍蝦可能比較出名...但係我覺得加拿大既龍蝦仲好味...食龍蝦 size 唔可以太細...2-2.5lb 就最好 (^^~ 純屬個人意見~)

P.S. 食龍蝦一定要有白酒...咁先可以將龍蝦既鮮味帶至最高峰... :D=

天與地 Heaven On Earth












終於有機會來呢道食飯...因為屋企人話唔錯...食過之後就覺得唔係 "super" 好味...不過 d 菜色都幾特別...仲見到有好多遊客...好熱鬧... :D
心水推介:
1) 醬菜凍蕃茄 ($30): 新鮮既生蕃茄...配上清淡而帶有小小鹹味既醬汁... 醬汁入面有蝦米...係一個幾特別既食法...(^^~中式沙律啦~)
2) 油炆小竹筍 ($38): 小竹筍爽脆...炆得夠入味...甜甜地...好味
3) 雲南野菌豆腐窩 ($88): 有滑豆腐...白菜...木耳...同幾種野菌...d 湯白白地色...飲落有好香既菌味...味道清淡...上菜時有蠟燭係窩下面加熱... (:3~熱既湯先好味架嘛~)
4) 酥皮香蕉卷 ($38): 酥皮包住香蕉同蓮容...酥皮脆...入面 d 餡熱熱地...同埋豆腐雪糕一齊食...都幾特別架~

我屋企必備??!!















今日想講吓"五香肉丁炒銀絲米粉"...其實冇咩特別....只係我同我屋企人都好鍾意食...經過多返試驗同朋友既介紹...我一家人認為"百x牌"銀絲米粉最好...灼完之後再炒...炒得乾身 d...辣辣地...韌韌地...好好味... (@o@~有小小秘訣...炒時落咗米粉先落肉丁...咁 d 汁同肉丁就唔會乾啦~^o^)

仲有想講吓"橄欖菜"同"老干媽"辣醬...

我屋企人鍾意食湯麵既時候放小小欖菜...貪佢有香味同鹹鹹地...都幾好味...不過我阿婆話怕食咗會胃痛... (@o@~咁我又未試過啊~)

而"老干媽"呢...係我至愛既醬料之一...又香又辣又麻...放小小就可以帶出食物既鮮味...最正就係打邊爐既時候同豉油一齊點.... (:3=~點豆腐最好味~~)...平時用來炒餸都得架 :D=
